I recently enjoyed a delightful breakfast at Penelope's Lil' Cafe! 🥞 The atmosphere buzzed with friendly chatter, giving it a cozy local feel. I ordered the house-made Bloody Mary - perfectly spiced - and followed it up with the fluffy biscuits and crispy hash browns.

Despite the tight seating during the busy Sunday rush, the attentive staff made us feel welcome. My only wish was for a bit more space between tables. Overall, it’s a charming spot with great food at lovely prices. I can't wait to return! 😊
