Copal is a delightful gem tucked away on Pioneers Blvd! 💎 The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a relaxed meal. I tried the birria tacos and they were fantastic - crispy shells filled with flavorful beef, perfect with their rich consomé.

We also enjoyed the refreshing Caldo de Pollo and chorizo chilaquiles that were simply the best I’ve ever tasted! The service was warm and attentive, even during a busy dinner rush.

And those happy hour margaritas? An added bonus! Can't wait to come back! 🌮🍹
