This place has the worst customer service.
I walked in there and they have 10 people working and not one person greeted me.
And it wasn't busy in the dining area.
I walked in to sit down to sit and order and not one of the people working there acknowledged me.
It was after someone walked in after me for a pick up order that someone working there greeted them.
I walked out after over 5 minutes of not being acknowledged and will never go there again.
I won't recommend that place to anyone.

This Pei Wei is the worst and I dont plan on coming back here.
Every time I order from here, they never have my order ready.
Today, they never even received or made my online order even though I had the confirmation.
The person at the register had the nerve to ask me if I was sure my order went through.
Then she and the cooks argued for the next 5-10 minutes about whether or not the cooks got the order.
Instead of standing there talking, they should have immediately made my order.
Definitely a very poor example of customer service.
I should have just walked out.

This PeiWei is always clean and the staff has always been prompt and friendly. In terms of the food, it's $11 and I compare it to Panda Express.
I think it's better than Panda Express as they actually make it when you order so it's hotter and fresh.
