Pei Wei Asian Express offers a casual atmosphere perfect for a quick bite. I stopped by for lunch and tried the Firecracker shrimp with noodles and some steamed veggies. The shrimp had a decent kick, though the noodles could’ve used a bit more flavor.

Portions were generous, especially considering the price - around $10 for a combo! The staff was friendly enough, which added to my positive experience. It’s convenient for a mall visit; I’d recommend it for a fast, satisfying meal… 🍜
