Pearl Bay is a spacious and vibrant spot for dim sum in Fremont! 🥟 I visited for brunch and was impressed by the authentic flavors. The 蒸帶子餃 (steamed scallop dumplings) were a highlight, perfectly delicate and savory.
Although the 鳳爪 (chicken feet) was a tad too sweet for my taste, the overall experience was pleasant. The staff worked hard in the bustling atmosphere, and our service was attentive despite the crowd.
Between the reasonable prices and delicious offerings, I’d definitely return for another dim sum adventure! The coffee cake is a must-try! 🍰
