Parish NW is a delightful gem in Ballard! 🌟 We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the cozy patio, soaking in the laid-back vibe. I had the chicken and sausage gumbo, rich and flavorful, paired perfectly with a beeswax negroni 🍹.
We couldn't resist trying the fried chicken - it was crispy and cooked to perfection! The mac and cheese was a standout, creamy with a smoky twist. The only downside was the cajun butter; a tad salty for my taste. Overall, a fantastic spot for elevated Southern comfort food! Can't wait to return...!
