Pardo's Restaurant is a fantastic buffet spot in Kansas City! 🌟 The homemade food is a delight, with a solid variety of proteins - shoutout to the savory Chili Relleno and the fantastic mole!

The casual, cozy atmosphere makes it family-friendly, and I loved that I could enjoy outdoor seating on a nice day. Just a heads-up: some dishes weren't labeled, which made for an adventurous tasting experience!
