Great place, but the online coupons are a joke.You have to spend EXACTLY $20 to get the five dollars off and it won't work on any pizza that is $19.99.So, I have to make up the difference of the coupon by adding another item that costs more than five dollars.What a stupid waste of time.

ordered 3 family pizzas 1/16/24 picked up around 12 , all pizzas cooked raw.cooked for 10 mins more then the normal time to try n cook the crust but it was so dried taking the plastic off i knew it wasn’t gonna cook right ( bottom was raw and the edges burnt.which means dough didn’t get rotated by closer of the 15th !) the family pepperoni had 25 pepperonis on it, i know it’s 65-75 per family pizzas.when i called the 18th marcus told me “ too bad “ “ should’ve brought the pizzas in on the 16th “ which i said i was gonna but u guys were CLOSED by the time i cooked the pizzas and went to take them back, so i made sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING.( in which he told me i should’ve saved em) yea sorry not sorry i will not b keeping pizza in my fridge for 3 days.99% of the pizzas got thrown (the 2 yr old didn’t have to much of a problem with his slice) with that he still said he will not discount my next purchase nor refund or replace my pizzas.i asked for a manager n he laughed and hung up.i called 10 minutes later n he picked up the phone again i asked politely for his name and hung up.i called back this morning 1-19-24 to speak with a manager but was informed none are there and they don’t know the next time one will be present??? i used to b an assistant manager at the cherry park location in troutdale i would NEVER treat a costumer like this nor would my employees.honestly thinking of applying at this location for part time.i definitely thing they need the support & guidance on how to speak with costumers here, cus as an ex employee for papamurphys i know how it can get but i also know protocols.i came respectful & still got disrespected .knowing i’m 20 and the same age as the employees in there working is a shame.you’d think they’d have more respect for costumers .

I am so upset over my order! I ordered a half and half pizza, IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING A HALF AND HALF! The fact that you pay the full price of the more expensive half makes this even more insulting.We have been going to this location for years and the last couple times we’ve gone the toppings have been skimpy and the last two half-and-half orders we have gotten have been drastically not half-and-half.The bigger side is always the cheaper of the pizzas. I see no reason to try them again as it’s just a disappointment all around.
