I live quite off the beaten path, so when our dasher delivered our food to someone else's house, we weren't too upset...
but my goodness were we hungry.
I called the store and the manager instantly replaced our order.
The food that arrived was hot, fresh, and made prefect to order! Thank you so much for excellent service all around!

So apparently they changed their original crust to a thin crust pizza almost like a pan pizza.
I called and asked for clarification and the girl was like sorry we changed it and that’s how we do it now and hung the phone up on me.
The only reason I order papa johns expensive pizza is for their crust but now theirs no reason and the way she hung up.
I don’t encourage anyone to go here.

Honestly, I’m surprised at all the bad reviews.
I come here often and have never had a bad experience.
Not to mention, they always have my order ready literally in less than 15 minutes and I don’t recall it ever being bad or incorrect.
The employees are nice.
My fave fast pizza place!
