I recently tried Papa John's Pizza in the Northeastwood Shopping Center, and overall, it was a decent experience! 🍕 The pizza was flavorful, especially the garlic stuffed crust pepperoni - definitely comfort food!

However, I noticed a hiccup in their pickup system. Customers had to wait outside in the cold to receive their orders through a small window, which wasn't ideal. The intercom seemed faulty, making it tough to hear when orders were ready.

Despite the waiting, the vibe was casual, and the staff was friendly! Just a few improvements could make it even better... Looking forward to trying their late-night delivery next time!
