Papa Johns Pizza

So the pizza was good, however, they locked the doors and made it so people would have to wait outside in the cold to get their order.
Honestly you could have walked up and whatever pizza was being passed through this little window you could have just taken.
Whether it was yours or not.
people were getting mad because they were being forced to wait outside and had to press their phones against the glass just to show their pickup order.
It is a bad system, with a broken intercom outside.
You couldn't even hear the server call your name.
I think the owner needs to invest in a better system.
Add a drive thru, fix the outside intercom or just have a way to not make people wait out in the cold.

If I could leave negative stars I would customer service is very poor.
I ordered a piece for delivery and nobody ever rung the doorbell or knocked on the door and they just placed it outside on the floor and I didn't find it until the following morning and I called and spoke with the manager, which had a very rude and nasty and refused to provide me her name and pass the phone to the general manager Nolan and he refused To provide me her name, and all I asked was for a refund and they failed to give me the refund and said that the most they can do is give me credit for another piece, which would mean I would be required to do more business with this horrible company

Horrible, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and when I call they just said my order was cancelled, thanks that's a great solution after I waited all day without a single snack just wanting a damn pizza for me and my family :)))
