Order for delivery, driver never showed up.Called the store to ask and get it settled.Guy on the phone was rude after telling him multiple times I never got it but kept insisting I did.Called customer service to resolve the issue, but no one reached out.Called back for a refund and management was dismissive.All I needed was a refund for an order I never got, yet I never got the refund.On the off chance I decided to try the place too
Called an ordered a pizza for delivery.Since I am at home sick I asked for one thing.For the delivery driver to call or text me when he was close so that I could meet them outside and not have to deal with my dogs going nuts when they knock on the door.The guy that took my call assured me that they would call or text.SURPRISE! They didn't call or text.When I addressed this with the driver I was informed that it wasn't on the instructions and that the call center sucks.If Papa Johns can't follow a simple instruction like call or text before arriving, then I will take my business to a place that can.
Ordered Extra Pepperoni and Extra Cheese $6 more and this is what they Gave me.Wow.Don't waste your money like I did
