Papa Chevo's Taco Shop is a hidden gem in Gilbert! 🌮 The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for everything from breakfast burritos to late-night tacos. I stopped by for brunch and the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito was mind-blowing - so flavorful and generously stuffed!

The staff was friendly, and I loved the accessibility features, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. Plus, the free parking is a bonus.
