I've been here 3 times and the sandwiches are very tasty.
Their service is wonderful.
They've always asked if I needed anything additiol, and they're always willing to give extra salad dressing, etc.
They even asked if I wanted a salad with my meal while eating what I had already ordered.
I assumed there would have been no extra charge for that.
They're very friendly and make you feel like they'll go out of their way to please you.

I'm not usually picky, but the grilled cheese I got has a huge opening with cheese everywhere resembling genitalia, had burnt edges with cheese flowing everywhere on the sides and made of mismatching edge pieces. I got it replaced by the manager and everything was fine (comparison photo included) but I'm surprised this was even allowed to leave the kitchen, the manager didn't seem like they cared all that much.

Stopped in for a quick lunch - the cashiers both seemed new and didn't know the menu or how to input the orders.
The food was good - the beverages - not so much.
The tank for dispensing iced tea was filthy, cloudy, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
Gross.
Enjoyed the food, but when we used the restroom, I was shocked at how nasty it was - there was slime and mildew growing around the sink fixtures, floors dirty, yuck! I like Panera, but I won't go back to this location!
