Panera Bread

I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my dining experience exceptional.
The staff here deserves a special mention; their friendliness and eagerness to assist were truly outstanding.
They were knowledgeable about the menu, provided great recommendations, and ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience. The highlight of Panera Bread, apart from the service, is undoubtedly their selection of baked goods.
Each item displayed a perfect blend of freshness and flavor, showcasing the high-quality ingredients used.
The variety was impressive, ranging from classic pastries to innovative new treats, all of which looked equally tempting. As for the meal, I opted for the classic Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and it did not disappoint.
The soup was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, living up to its reputation.
The broccoli was cooked perfectly, and the cheddar cheese added a delightful creaminess that was both comforting and satisfying.
It was, as always, a delicious choice that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Panera Bread. My experience at Panera Bread was nothing short of wonderful.
The combination of friendly, helpful staff, an excellent selection of baked goods, and the ever-delicious Broccoli Cheddar Soup makes this place a must-visit.
I'll definitely be returning and encourage others to do the same for a delightful dining experience

Placed order for delivery with 101.7 fever.
Bagels were out of stock, not advertised on app & received wrong sandwich.
Only accurate part of order was soup.
Called to ask for a refund receipt and Mike was hateful and aggressive -addressing me with name calling and speaking over me.
Overall unwilling to assist & asking me to problem solve on his behalf -the emailed receipt of which never came through.
WORST Panera experience ever!

I try to find places where I can get vegetarian meals (that are not full of fat), and panera has a few options.
They have replaced the grain bowls with salads.
They are really good, but they are salads, not a warm, comforting meal.
I will still order the mediterranean sandwich and the mediterranean salad, just not as often.
