I recently visited Panera Bread on Colfax Ave and enjoyed a cozy breakfast there. The atmosphere is inviting, perfect for working on my laptop.

I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt and paired it with the delicious mac and cheese - so creamy! The service was quick, and even though my sandwich could've used a bit more filling, the flavors were spot on. 🥪

The lemonade is a must-try! I’ll be back for more coffee and to sample their pastries soon... ☕️✨
