We ordered on line (Grub hub) we ordered 3 salads with chicken in all 3.
We received terrific salads.
No chicken in all 3 meals.
Very disappointed.
So we had a salad with no protein.
We will not order from Panera again.

I placed a pickup order with the app however, when I arrived someone had taken my order.
The staff member started remaking my order immediately.
Shannon, the manager, heard my situation and offered a drink.
I declined.
He offered a bakery item.
I said sure I’ll take a treat to my daughter.
He bagged it and asked what else.
I said that’s enough and he said, “this is for your daughter, get something for yourself”.
He also offered a coffee.
He apologized and thanked me for my patience, though I don’t think Panera was at fault. Shannon went above and beyond.
This is the type of service that keeps customers loyal and coming back.

It only took less than 10 minutes to get my pick two( Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup and salad).
Wow! It is my new favorite creamy fall soup with only 210 calories in the cup size! The restaurant is decorated tastefully for fall and a nice evening vibe on a first cool night! Good parking options too!
