Panda Express

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordered delivery awhile back, and they gave me the wrong rice, burnt chicken, no teriyaki sauce, and the beef and broccoli had 3 tiny pieces of meat and the rest just broccoli.
I contacted corporate (you can't contact the location directly).
They apologized and sent two free meal coupons.
Pleased with it.
I let it slide.
Then, I decided to use one of the coupons.
This time, they didn't even include the teriyaki chicken!!! Obviously, they do not know the meaning of quality control because they can't seem to get things right.
Make sure you check your order or don't order from there unless you're willing to take a chance.
I refuse to give them another try so they can totally strike out.
We'll see what corporate has to say this time.

I ordered through Door dash.
It was a bow and I can’t believe how much of the entree they served.
Less than a spoon! (I have to put it on the lid because I couldn’t believe it) I ordered white rice only they served me fried too.
the worse panda I have ever gone, dont ever order online because they will serve you like this.

The quality is good when it's good but when it's not it's really disappointing to even go.
Quick takeaways are that they usually don't give you enough meat especially with shrimp products and they often don't fill to the top.
Chicken pieces can sometimes be too hard.
Of course it's not authentic but it is yummy when it is good, so that's not why people go to Panda.
Issue I had today 3-23-24 at 5pm was passion fruit tea tank was literally just water.
That was literally the only thing I came in for was the drink.
I asked for a refund and she was nice but I don't want to be offered something else 5 times, it shouldn't be problematic to get a refund if the product advertised is not there.
I'm at the point where I submitted my review with one of my throwout emails and will use my coupon but I'm going back to local Asian restaurants because the prices are even better.
So long Panda, trying to charge me 2.50 for water.
