Panchos Mexican Restaurant was a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed the breakfast tacos - bean and cheese were tasty, though the tortillas could be improved. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made up for any shortcomings. The chicken fajita salad with lime is a must-try for lunch! I'll definitely return soon...

I recently visited Panchos Mexican Restaurant for breakfast, and it was quite an experience! 🌟
The menudo had solid flavor, though a bit more pozole would’ve been great. The picadillo and papa ranchero tacos were delicious - I just wish they were fuller! The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for solo dining, and service was friendly and efficient.
Their chicken fajita salad is a must-try if you're looking for lighter fare. Just a heads-up, the neighborhood isn’t the best, but the food is worth it! I’ll definitely be back for lunch! 😋
