At Pancho Fierro, I enjoyed a blend of casual vibes and Peruvian flavors. We kicked off our meal with the famous ceviche, which was fresh and tangy - definitely a highlight! The service was attentive, though the wait for our main dishes felt a tad long. I tried the arroz chaufa, which was hearty and comforting, albeit a bit on the oily side.
