El Pescador de Montecarmelo offers a cozy atmosphere with a nice blend of traditional Spanish flavors. The seafood dishes, especially the grilled prawns, were satisfying, albeit a bit on the pricier side for tapas. While the service was friendly, it did feel a little rushed during peak hours.
