I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake.I had to go back home to get my card and I returned to get it.They had my name as “no money” and gave me the same cold and old food.My milkshake was runny and completely melted.I called to address it with the manager who denied it and she said “what do you want, to remake it?” In a very rude tone. They also giggled when giving me the bag. This is the worst customer service ever.I eat here frequently as this is my favorite restaurant but I will never eat here again.

Hi Dejone. Thank you for providing this feedback about your recent experience. We'd like to look into this further if you wouldn't mind emailing feedback@pterrys.com so we can get more information.
Went reluctantly with my sister due to a bad experience a few years ago at a different location.I was pleasantly surprised that the cheeseburger I ordered was so delicious. My sister's fried chicken sandwich was really tasty with a great crunch. That is all we ordered.I was wondering how we were getting $4.00 sandwiches until I saw them. They are a normal size! A long time since they came that way.Good to see.Personally, I am tired of being forced to order giant burgers, sandwiches, Fry's and Onion rings.I can't eat all that.Plus my Blood Sugar jumps sky high. This extremely tasty burger of normal proportions barely caused a ripple, my sugar went up and right back down again. No insulin.Yeah.And my burger was $4.00, roughly. If you have not been, you need to try them.If you have been, you know what I'm talking about,
Tried this location a day after trying a drive through.Food was good.It was a bit busy so there weren’t as many clean tables.Staff were nice.I can’t emphasize the goodness of the food enough, especially for the price.I especially love the grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce. It’s such a tasty option for gluten/ dairy free folks.
