Nissi Vegan Méxican Cuisine is a delightful find in Austin! 🌱 The birria tacos were hands down the star of the show - so flavorful and perfectly textured. I also loved the burrito, generously stuffed with savory ingredients, and the salsa was a fantastic balance of spice and flavor. The casual, trendy atmosphere made for a relaxed meal, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
Their attention to detail, like the perfect portions of cilantro, lime, and onion for the tacos, really impressed me. Can't wait to go back for the carne asada fries and try the burger next time! Highly recommend this hidden gem! 🌮✨
