If I could give a higher rating I would.I'm from south texas and feel the 6 hour drive to come visit this restaurant is a MUST.Been a vegetarian for 5 years and this is hands down the BEST meal I've had.My family who eats meat loved it as well! We tried the pastor tacos (not pictured because we took them home and forgot to snap a pic!), the birria ramen, the carne asada fries, the fajita tacos, and the best of them all, the birria tacos. So flavorful! I'm sad they're so far away.😭 The young man behind the counter was beyond exceptional, he was nice, helpful, and supper attentive.I've never experienced service as such, we were blown away by the hospitality as much as the food.☺️

Stephanie!! Thank you for your amazing review!! We look forward to keeping serving you!!! Let us know if we can send you back home with some proteins by the pound! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
My friend highly rated this place and it deserves its praises.I'm guessing the owner was at the register but he was friendly and making sure everything was right. It's great more vegan places have popped up and it's good food too! Plenty of space to dine and very clean. I got the burrito and it was plenty stuffed and flavorful.Rice and beans tasted good but the salsa which they advertised as being able to buy in a jar (I might go back and gets some) had a great balance of flavor and kick.Definitely want to go back and try the burger and tacos next!

Thank you Julio!! It is a pleasure to serve you!!!
With 8 options on the menu, I went with the birria plate. It came out pretty quick. The tortilla was cooked perfectly, the birria soy protein was both delicious and perfectly textured like the real thing, and the cheese was beautifully melted and not lacking in quantity. The consomé was wonderfully flavored and they give you plenty for the 3 birria tacos that come with the dish. Afterward, I was still hungry and went back for their taco plate.I asked for chicharron as that's a difficult food to make a vegan and wanted to see how they made theirs, but they gave me carne asada. Not wanting to complain or even caring because the tacos still looked great, I dived in. The carne asada was just as delicious as their birria. I love that they serve their tacos with an appropriate protion of cilantro, lime, and onion as some places never give uou enough.Their housemade salsas were delicious and had a perfect spice.Due to how small the portions were to me and their price, I can't give 5 stars; however, the food itself is so scrumptious that I'll definitely return.
