I recently dined at Over Easy in Peoria, and it was delightful! 🌞 The breakfast menu is extensive, but the standout for me was the "Sweet Potato Hash" - a perfect blend of spices and textures. The service was impressively fast, allowing us more time to relax and enjoy the very casual atmosphere.

We also appreciated their outdoor seating option, which was perfect for a sunny morning. Whether you're solo or with family, this spot is incredibly welcoming. Plus, they have vegan options! Will definitely return for brunch. 🍳☕️
