The burger, shrooms and Blooming Chicken were all cold. The salad and the drink was warm. No utensils or straw or napkins. No sauces for anything. Total fail on both Outback and the Uber driver. Driver did not call or notify me when he arrived or ask for pin like he was supposed to. I happened to go down to the lobby when I received an email from Uber that the driver said it was delivered. What a mess. See picture for how we received the burger.

Something bad has happened here. I've eaten here in person and also ordered delivery several times in the past.Recently quality has gone dramatically downhill. Tonight I got delivery of meatloaf with steamed mix veggies, something I've ordered and very much enjoyed several times, and also their over-the-top brussel sprouts, which I hadn't tried before. I got meatloaf with some vaguely chili flavored oil instead of the normal chili jam, uncooked, slightly warmed veggies covered in oil (as in the carrots were so raw a fork wouldn't pierce them and I ate them with my hands). And the brussel sprouts! Oh boy.Nothing at all like they were supposed to be.No aioli, no bacon, and submerged in a literal cup of straight up oil.Not juice, just oil.I'll include a photo, and a comparison image of what it's supposed to be.They're inedible. The entire meal only tasted and felt of oil. Did they have an oil surplus they had to get rid of in a hurry? I'm baffled, and I'm done with their dramatic drop in quality.

Was a little slow but we had a large group.Food came out well! Hot, delicious.And our server Destiny was very attentive! We were very happy.
