The Galley Dining Commons offers a nostalgic diner experience on campus with a casual vibe ideal for students. Breakfast is the highlight here, with fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon that stand out. However, lunch and dinner can be hit or miss, often depending on the cook’s mood.

Though the options seem limited, their healthy salads are a great choice. One downside is the availability of fresh items at peak times - definitely a bit of a challenge... but it’s convenient for a quick bite between classes! 🍳
