We go out to dinner often and everyone know I don't like the Outback anymore.
It was my favorite for many years but the commercials are misleading and the food has not been that good.
Years ago the prices were good a littler on the higher side but the portions and food were so good it was worth it.
I hope last nights experience will continue because I'm willing to go back even if someone doesn't have a gift card and wants to go. Katilyn our waitress was omg hands down just wonderful and sweet.
We all loved her and tipped her very well because she deserved it! Then on our way out our box leaked and out of nowhere this super friendly and helpful guy named Zach jumped in to help my 80 year old parents clean it up.
He insisted they not help, grabbed new packaging for their leftovers and was so friendly and kind.
To find out he was a manager was even better.
So whatever you did to change the Surprise, AZ location please keep it up! Please.

Came for the crocs, and left with laughs.
Our server Laurie was attentive and funny and just a good vibe over all.
One of the main ingredients for the featured drink was out, and she recommended us a wonder substitute drink, and still got the crocodilos! Could joke and have fun, very family like welcoming atmosphere.
Really will plan in coming back soon for the service.
And more crocodiles.

Tiffany M gave the upmost customer service! She was super friendly, helpful , welcoming , efficient and one of the best servers we ever had! We actually left Texas Roadhouse due to their rude service so was refreshing to have it turned around at the Outback! Thanks Tiffany u were great!!
