Love the ability to order various different sliders and create your own meal.
The smoked ketchup was amazing.
We tried one of almost everything and our favorites were the corned beef, pork belly and the cheeseburger.
Another huge plus is that they have tots! 10/10 would recommend.

Three of us decided to give Oskar's a try for dinner and enjoyed a variety of different sliders.
Between all of us, I believe we tried 6-7 different options.
None of them were bad, (actually pretty yummy), however we noticed a coupled of things... The meats/proteins were definitely the stars.
Cooked perfect, super flavorful, and very yummy.
The toppings however lacked a certain boldness to compliment the meats.
They weren't bad, but when used on a slider, they definitely could have turned up the flavor profile in most of the toppings (like slaw, kraut, etc.) Overall though, definitely yummy and would be a perfect lunch stop!

This is a definite must try when you’re in Louisville.
The restaurant has a nice vibe and the service is fast and friendly.
There are multiple sliders to choose from, but the cheeseburger, corned beef, and buffalo chicken were the standouts for me.
The tots were tasty too, and I’m not typically a big tater tot fan.
A nice selection of beers too.
