La Tropicana Co is a hidden gem in Louisville! 🌮 This little taqueria serves some of the best tacos I’ve tasted in Kentucky - authentic and generously portioned!

I made a special trip from Lexington just for their mouthwatering tacos; the flavors are unbeatable, especially paired with their refreshing agua fresca. I tried the pineapple flavor, and it was divine!

While the menu is limited, what they do, they do exceptionally well. It’s a must-visit for taco lovers, but keep in mind if you're looking for a wider variety, you might want to think twice... Can’t wait to go back! 😋
