Shrimp and fries for $19.
The worst.
Shrimp are overcooked to the point the Shrimp is rubbery and the breading is black.
Waste of time and money.
First and last time.
I do not recommend at all.
I try to support african Americans but this is the worst.
The person at the register was very polite.

I don’t never leave reviews for places but this is just horrible!!!! First off let me start by saying I already knew from the way the platter looked when I got it it was gonna be nasty the fish had so many bones in it I couldn’t eat it the fish was falling apart The yams were horrible worst yams I ever tasted in my life then the Mac and cheese was so dry and burnt look like they gave me the bottom of the pan not to mention I ordered a side of collard greens and then gave me cabbage instead of calling me to ask what else I wanted since they didn’t have greens which had no flavor what so ever everything was so nasty I didn’t even eat it I’m pissed waste of money will never order from here again y’all need to do better!!!

Sorry to share that this was my very first time dining here.
I tried their other location and the food was delicious so I figured I give west Philadelphia a shot.
The Mac & cheese was horrible with some funny taste to it, turkey wings were okay but the big turkey wing meat was hard and the small one was good.
I asked for extra gravy and they gave me extra grease.
" I came, I ate and I will not be back.
The one thing I will say is the waiting area was clean.
