I recently visited Ol Boys Soul Food Restaurant and had a mixed experience.

The atmosphere is casual, making it a comfy spot for lunch or dinner. I tried their fried chicken, which was juicy and flavorful, and the lamb chops were delightfully tender. The customer service was top-notch - friendly and engaging staff made me feel welcome.

However, the sides were hit or miss. The yams were a bit too sweet for my liking, and the mac & cheese could use more seasoning.

Overall, it’s worth a visit for the hearty main dishes. I’ll be back to give it another shot! 😊
