Nice and pleasant place to stop by.
The price is good, but the taste could've been better.
I would appreciate it if it were better maintained; for example, the ice machine was broken, and there was some dust on here and there.

First time going in this location yesterday and just wasn't impressed.
They are sooooo skimpy on the cheapest ingredients like rice and beans.
The fajitas were not even sauteed they were cold raw vegetables.
The staff is really rude too and unfriendly like no greeting no smile, nothing.
Sorry but as a customer service manager that's really disappointing to see.
Most of the food is very tasty though which sucks cause I'd like to go back but just not worth the price

I had the carnitas burrito it was good, lots of tender meat- my only complaint was a very little amount of pico and they forgot my red salsa-I called about it and the person I spoke to was wonderful.
Next time I am in Cleveland I would like to try it again-the salsa is what makes it for me!! Recommend this place service was fast, good portion size, good food!
