A brewery in Sioux Falls.
The taproom was inviting and overlooked the production facility.
There is indoor and outdoor seating.
It is a place I would go to hang out with friends, as well as bring the kids.
Plenty of beer on tap, so they have something for everyone.
Pizza, appetizers and sandwiches on the food menu.

Love Obscure Brewing! The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing.
Couple that with helpful, knowledgeable staff and, you’ve got a winner.
I love Barrel Aged Enhanced Shadow Particles but can’t afford it.
So I gladly settled for Octoberfest! I will definitely be back as soon as possible! UPDATE: Sunday morning brunch pizza! Eggs, sausage and mozzarella cheese… delicious.
Then add Belgian Mimosa beer! Great way to wrap up the weekend.

Great beer selection! I love that they have 5oz pours.
We also got the jalapeno popper pizza, which was different and delightful.
Our bartender may have been new - he seemed befuddled by our beer orders and was very slow, but he was kind and it's nothing we can't overlook.
Looking forward to coming back and trying more beers in the future!

I sincerely appreciate your kind words about the brewery.
You're absolutely correct, your bartender was extremely new.
He had two training shifts and that evening was his first time on his own.
Whenever I train a new employee, I put an emphasis on customer service first.
I'm glad to hear that while he may have been a little flustered about the beer order that he still was pleasant with you.
Please know that I'll continue to work with him to meet the expectations that we have for customers at our brewery.
