It was my first time visiting this establishment.
We chose vegetarian items and had plenty of good food to eat.
The cauliflower wings were delicious and, in texture, were very similar to boneless wings.
The onion rings were exceptional, as was the service. Our server was patient, friendly, and answered all our questions.
The food came out quickly, and even though he was at the end of his shift, he was polite and attentive. The music was a little loud, but we were there at a slow time of day, so perhaps this is why. All in all, it was a good time.
The leftovers were good as well.

Told half hour wait.
Waited over an hour because to go orders had kitchen backed up.
Ordered three flavors of wings, all came on plate together, don't know which ones are which and waited said"that's how it goes, good luck." Lazy and poor customer service.

I've been going to this location for the last several years, feels like my home location (when on the road).
Unfortunately it has slowly gone down hill in food and for sure service.
30min wait on a to-go order is normal as of late.
And severely overdone wings to the point where all moisture is gone has become the norm.
As a twice a month loyal customer, I'm hoping for improvements, but looking for alternatives...
Do better, try harder, I want this location to survive!
