Noodles and Company in Portage is my go-to for a quick, delicious meal! 🍜 Their Bangkok Curry Noodles are a must-try - perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The atmosphere is casual and trendy, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner.

I appreciated the fast service, even during peak hours. The outdoor seating is a nice touch for enjoying the weather, and they offer a solid selection of vegan and vegetarian options, which is always a bonus. Definitely a great choice for families and university students alike! Will be back soon... 🌿

Went in the other day for a pickup order, and had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes past my pickup time.
Normally I am patient and understanding, but I was frustrated this time because one employee(young girl with very light blonde hair) was distracting the other employee who was preparing orders, she did not seem to be doing anything and was on her phone while the other three employees were working(one in the back, one cleaning, one preparing orders).
She also set her phone down on the food prep surface, which is a pretty big food safety no-no, considering how many people use their phones on the toilet...
Yuck!

I Ordered 4 Japanese pan noodles.
While there I had to have them fix the chickens because the order was input wrong.
Then once I got home I Noticed the other two were also wrong. Maybe once an order is complete read it back to the customer to confirm that what is on the screen is what they ordered.
I live over 30 minutes away.
So driving there and home just to have my food wrong is quite disheartening.
I hope they take some time and train their employees to have a little more consideration for the customers and their orders.

I got 2 of the pasta Fresca so I could have one for lunch tomorrow at work, and it is so dry, and the noodles are not cooked all the way.
I substituted zucchini for tomatoes but I have very little onions and absolutely no spinach.
Plus it was supposed to come with Parmesan cheese and it didn’t.
Very disappointed! I’ve never had a problem until today.
