I recently visited Culver's in Portage, and it was a delightful experience! The casual atmosphere made it perfect for a quick lunch. I ordered the ButterBurgers, which were juicy and packed with flavor. 🍔
The highlight was definitely the Fresh Frozen Custard - creamy and rich, I couldn't resist trying the chocolate concrete mixer.
The staff was super friendly and quick, making the entire process smooth. I also loved that it’s wheelchair accessible and dog-friendly for outdoor seating! I'll definitely be back for more! 😊
It's been a long time since I went to a fast food place that I didn't leave frustrated about service. When I walked into Culver's I was frozen in amazement and to my delight a friendly young man said welcome how can I help you? I even got a thank-you have a good rest of your day Oh and did I mention there were atleast 8 friendly employees behind the counter. I didn't have to punch in my own order.My questions were answered in a helpful manner. The place was super clean. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and the super outstanding service. Keep up the good work. My new go to place.
Stopped in for dinner and the food was delicious. The service was great and everyone was very courteous.It was very enjoyable and our visit was great.
The food was outstanding.My daughter and I had the fish dinner even though it was lunch time.At the time I didn't think about the meal being hot and fresh and tasty, because that's kind of what you expect when you go out.But the food was perfect, hot and fresh just like I expected it.The people who work there seem to go out of their way to help me.Maybe it's because I'm a disabled vet I don't know but everybody seems to go that extra little bit that makes the experience a pleasant one.
