Noodles and Company had its ups and downs during my visit.

I ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs and Korean Beef. While the meatballs were excellent, the pasta needed more sauce to really shine. The service was a bit slow, as I waited around 20 minutes for my meal, which felt a bit chaotic inside - more staff than cooks, it seemed.

The cleanliness could use some improvement as well. Still, the pulled pork and mac & cheese I've had before were top-notch, keeping me hopeful for my next visit... Let's hope they can smooth out the kinks! 😊
