Wow, Love love love Ninfa's🥰 1st you get fresh made tortilla, add a drizzle of butter then add the red or green sauce! YUM!! I had a beef tostada and it was the best EVER✔ make sure to be there before 3:30 PM 🦋A MUST STOP🥰

The food in my opinion is inedible, not the authentic Mexican food I'm used to having in KC and this will likely be my only time trying this establishment. I got the 2 burrito house special and as the other reviews suggest the rice is more like a stew with tomato paste.
The beans are whole and bland (I prefer refried beans) and they include the beans in the burrito which ruins it. Some notes: Remove the tomato sauce from the rice Smash your beans Season your food The tortillas taste great as they're made fresh everyday but the rest of the food ruins it.

Friendly owner has been there since ‘88.
The rice was our favorite— warm, a bit soupy & very comforting.
The green salsa was fresh and tasty.
