I recently returned to New Yong Kang Seafood Restaurant for a quick dinner, and it was a pleasant experience overall!

The ambiance is casual and welcoming, perfect for enjoying their crispy deep-fried pork chops and their delicious jalapeño pork stir fry. The portions were generous - we easily shared three dishes for just around $40, which felt like a steal.

The new waitresses were attentive and made sure we had what we needed. Just a heads-up: they do add a 15% service charge automatically and only accept cash, which caught us off guard at first!

Despite some mixed reviews, I found it to be a hidden gem in Fremont. Will definitely be back! 🥢
