New Embassy Hong Kong has quickly become my go-to for late-night cravings! 🍜 The Singapore fried rice was packed with flavor, although I’d love a bit more chicken next time. Their sweet and sour chicken had the perfect balance of tangy and crispy. While the atmosphere is casual, I appreciated the friendly service that made ordering easy.

Just a heads up: they only accept cash or mobile payments, and Tuesdays are off-limits. Still, the quality makes it worthwhile!
