Evergreen is my go-to for late-night Chinese takeout! The Singapore Chow Mein was a delightful surprise - perfectly spicy without overwhelming the palate, and a refreshing contrast with the strong ginger and spring onions. Their spare ribs were tender and flavorful, and the portions are generous for the price. The only tiny downside was the duck being a bit thinly sliced, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.
