I recently dined at New Capital Chinese Restaurant and had a delightful experience! The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for our group gathering. I recommend the crispy noodles; they're absolutely a must-try! For my main, I enjoyed the quarter duck, which was wonderfully succulent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our evening smooth and enjoyable. Their tea selection is impressive, too! Though the Singaporean stir fry could use a touch less salt, the overall quality and ambiance made up for it. A lovely spot! 🍜
