Navy Blue truly impressed me during my first visit! The warm cheddar and scallion biscuits were heavenly, and the crab Benedict packed a flavorful punch. The ambiance is inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I can't wait to return for more seafood and those biscuits!

Navy Blue in Rice Village truly exceeded my expectations! 🌊 The red snapper was phenomenal, and the warm cheddar and scallion biscuits with seaweed butter are hands down the best I've ever tasted.

Our server, Alison, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. We indulged in the seafood paella special, which was bursting with fresh flavors, and the chocolate coulant dessert was a decadent finale.

Although the service started a bit rocky, it improved quickly - definitely worth another visit for the dinner menu and more of those incredible biscuits...! 🍽️
