Nama Ramen offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for a casual meal. I recently tried their shoyu ramen and my partner opted for the spicy miso. While the spicy miso wasn't as flavorful as we hoped, I appreciated the generous toppings, especially the pork, which had great flavor although it tended to be overcooked.
The bamboo shoots, however, had a strange taste that detracted from the experience. We enjoyed the quick service and friendly staff, and the prices are reasonable! Just a few adjustments, like improving the broth and noodle texture, could elevate this local gem... 🍜
