My Huong Kitchen is a hidden gem on Nicollet Ave! 🌟 The pho is nothing short of life-changing, with a broth that's perfectly flavorful. I tried the mock duck bun salad and veggie egg rolls, both of which were delicious and served super quickly.

The owner is incredibly friendly, even giving us complimentary Thai basil cuttings to grow! It's a cozy spot, and the service is top-notch. Also, the taro bubble tea is a must-try! I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu... 😊
