Quang Restaurant on Nicollet Ave is a gem for Vietnamese food lovers! 🍜 I visited on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the bustling atmosphere. The pho is simply the best - I’ve missed it since leaving Minnesota! I also tried the Bun Bo Hue, which was bursting with flavor and nostalgia.

The cafeteria-style seating is casual but efficient, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend the sea bass and shrimp soup - only available on weekends, but worth the wait! Just be sure to arrive early or make a reservation; this place fills up fast. Can’t wait to return! 😊
