I recently visited Muchachos, and wow, what a find! 🌮 The combination of BBQ and New Mexican flavors is a game changer. I had the brisket and hatch Chile Mac quesadilla - huge and bursting with flavor! The smoky brisket paired perfectly with the creamy mac.
The casual, trendy vibe is inviting, and the friendly staff really elevates the experience.
Although the venue is small, I can see it thriving during summer with outdoor seating! I’ll definitely be back for more and can’t recommend this place enough!
