We had an unexpected layover at Colorado Springs Airport and decided to check out Mountain Vista Grille & Bar. I must say, it was a delightful surprise! 🌟

I ordered the turkey club on marble rye - it was perfectly crafted with just the right ingredient balance. My partner loved their Harvest Salad, especially the dressing!

The service was top-notch, thanks to the friendly sisters working the bar and our table. They even kept the bar open for us due to our flight delay.

Truly, this may be the best meal I’ve ever had in an airport! We’ll definitely stop by again next time. 🍻
