It is a nice sushi restaurant in West San Jose.
It has plenty of seats and good service.
I don't have to wait too long after you ordered it.
They have a beautiful decoration on the sushi dishes.
The environment is not too noisy.
The waitress always around to help.
You should and tey it out.

My family are avid diners at sushi restaurants and enjoy the range from sashimi, to nigiri, to rolls.
Boy, we are fans of rolls.
We know that fancy rolls are more Western/American interpretations of traditional/simpler Japanese rolls.
But we are big fans.
And Mizu makes some of the tastiest, finely textured, creative rolls in the South Bay Area.
On the pricy side, but worth it if we feel like splurging.

Foods were delicious.
I highly recommend the Alaska and Crazy Dragon.
Service was not that good.
I had a part of 5 came in.
They only gave us 4 sets of utensils.
I asked them for the fifth set many times but they never brought it to me.
Water was not served.
Basically we came there and were ignored except when we ordered food.
They charged a gratitude fee of unknown % even though they didn’t serve property. Another thing, their menus are mixed up of old and new menus with different prices.
