Missing Chopsticks offers a delightful fusion of Asian and French flavors that truly stands out. I enjoyed the exquisite five-course experience, particularly the Duck Confit with its unique Cantonese curry velouté - absolutely memorable. 🍽️

The Lobster Tart was another highlight, combining rich ingredients superbly.

While the portions varied slightly, the food quality made up for it. The staff, including Chef Toby, provided attentive service and detailed explanations of the dishes, which enhanced our dining experience. I’m eagerly awaiting their next menu change!
