The owner, Kim, runs the grill with the expertise of a seasoned artist. The wait staff are so attentive and friendly that your coffee will never be less than half full. Have a seat at the counter, and even the regular clientele will include you in the conversation as though you've been coming here regularly for years. The menu options are greater than you will expect, and the food is first-rate. Go— and enjoy the experience as well as the enlightening feeling of eating yourself into a food-coma.
Old school trolly diner.I judge based on how good their Irish eggs Benny is and theirs is top tier.Hot coffee kept fill to the brim.Whole place is covered in stickers from floor to ceiling! Way cool!
My first visit involved a 20 min wait outside in 22 degree windy weather and snow flurries.It was worth every second. I had the homemade cinnamon raisin french toast. Excellent!!! My son enjoyed the banana bread french toast. The history of the diner being built across the street and the quirky atmosphere with every wall & ceiling covered with stickers made it a unique experience.We'll definitely be back.
