September 22, 2024Mimosa Cafe is a delightful gem in Bakersfield! 🌟 The vibrant atmosphere really sets the mood for a casual brunch. I opted for the Chicken and Waffles combo, and it was spot on - crispy waffles paired with perfectly cooked chicken. The star was definitely the Mango Mimosa, fresh and sweet!
Though the service could be smoother, the friendly staff made up for it. Definitely plan to return for the ambiance and to try those famous pancakes next time! Highly recommended for breakfast lovers... 🍽️
